Y.E.T.I. is gearing up for the spring school year by hiring outdoor Educators to help facilitate their programs. We aim to provide young people with opportunities to connect with nature and develop outdoor skills. The Educators we are hiring will be responsible for leading groups of students on outdoor excursions, teaching them about the natural environment, and helping them develop important life skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and resilience. We are looking for candidates with a passion for the outdoors and experience working with youth. Development and Communication Director

Y.E.T.I. is seeking a Development and Communications Director to help reach its next level of organizational, financial, and sustainable growth. Program Coordinator - Seasonal

The Program Coordinator works alongside community partners, volunteers, and other staff to facilitate outdoor experiences for young people. Strong candidates will have experience in youth-based outdoor programs, work in public schools, and a passion for connecting young people to the natural world. Candidates will have the ability to build and maintain emotionally safe learning environments and experience working with diverse student groups. Outdoor Instructor - Day Rate

Experienced instructor on a day rate basis to help with rock climbing, kayaking programs or other weekend trips. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor recreation and a passion for teaching others. They will be responsible for leading groups of high school and middle schoolers. Strong candidates will have experience in youth-based outdoor programs, a passion for connecting young people to the natural world, the ability to build and maintain emotionally safe learning environments, experience working with diverse student groups, sound instructional skills, and a proven record of judgment and decision making.
