Part Time Instructor
Our field instructors work with different student populations from public schools and community partners to facilitate adventures and support Y.E.T.I. operations. Strong candidates will have experience in youth-based outdoor programs, a passion for connecting young people to the natural world, the ability to build and maintain emotionally safe learning environments, experience working with diverse student groups, sound instructional skills, and a proven record of judgment and decision making.
Season: September 2026 – June 2027
Benefits: This position is a Seasonal hourly role with a pay range of $20-$30/hour depending on experience.
Schedule : Typical work week will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00pm -6:00pm and Saturday 8:00 – 4:00pm. Averaging 23 hours per week.
