Ready to make a difference in the lives of young people? Y.E.T.I. offers awesome volunteer opportunities for you to get involved and share your passion for the outdoors. Whether you want to mentor students, lead trips, or support events, we’ve got a spot for you!

Become a School Mentor

Visit schools weekly to support Y.E.T.I. clubs by sharing your expertise, guiding activities, and mentoring students as they explore outdoor adventures.

Become a Volunteer Instructor

Assist with leading outdoor trips, such as hiking, kayaking, camping, and snowshoeing. Help students learn new skills and foster their connection to the natural world.

Provide Event Support

Lend a hand at Y.E.T.I. events, from fundraising parties to community outreach programs, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and participants have a great experience.

Support Special Projects

Get involved in specific projects that match your skills and interests, such as gear maintenance, laundry, etc.

Volunteer Process

Ready to jump in as a first-time volunteer? You'll start by joining our Volunteer Info Night where you can learn about our programs, ask questions, and hear about what opportunities we have available. After that, just fill out a few forms, sign up for a Volunteer Training, and you’ll be all set to help our awesome young adventurers!
